"Meditation, to me, is a daily journey inward, away from the notion of the individual, and in the direction of the infinite. I meditate to raise my awareness and to feel more connected. As a former collegiate athlete, I find "practice" to be the perfect word for what meditation is — though not with the aim to excel in those 20 minutes, but to apply what we've found to all the other minutes of the day. I wish it to be the experience of everyone."
