"From my perspective, TM has both short-term and long-term benefits. The short-term benefits are obvious: relaxation, rest, and a break from day-to-day life. Also, the inner peace I feel during meditation stays with me throughout the day. I have creative thoughts during my meditation. They come to me with no effort as I visualize solutions to problems or think about new projects…
