"Since I have been doing TM regularly 2 times a day I have noticed that my outlook on life has changed. There are subtle positive shifts in how I react to situations. Before TM certain things would cause me anxiety, since I have been practicing I find that I reframe things automatically, unconsciously. I am less reactive and negative. I don’t believe the world around me has changed at all, just how I perceive it and handle it. I am so grateful for TM."
